The Murchison Action Group was formed in the year 2000 to provide a community forum to tackle improvements that are needed in the town, and to act as a focal point for community to undertake and support new developments in the town. Residents are welcome to attend the bi-monthly meetings that seek solutions to older perennial issues, on one hand, and to develop new ideas that benefit both residents and visitors to the town
